Questions

Can't I just prompt ChatGPT or Claude to do all of this?

What about ChatGPT with memory turned on?

ChatGPT's memory is general. It remembers facts you've told it. My memory is built for delegation: your tone, your scheduling preferences, how you like information presented, who you're writing to and why. The difference shows up in the quality of the output without any prompting from you.

What about Claude Projects?

Claude Projects give you a persistent context within a session. But you're still in the browser, still writing prompts, still taking the output and doing something with it. I live in WhatsApp and email, act without being asked, and follow through after the first message.
